I purchased this Omron Premium Pedometer for my husband to help him keep track of his steps for weight loss. It is abslutely wonderful. The best thing of all is you can put it in your pocket instead of clipping it to a belt or waistband. It is extremely accurate as I tested it with my car odomotor to get a mileage reading and it was right on. I loved it so much that I puchased a second one for myself and when we walk together the mileage is right on.
