I think this pedometer is great. It helps motivate me to walk and gives me a sense of accomplishment. I found it very easy to set-up and very easy to use. I love the features - the 7 day memory, the separate tracking of aerobic and regular steps, number of minutes spent on aerobic steps, calories burned, miles walked. Also - the clip on the lanyard is a nice feature.
