I recently took up a walking regimen and had some loops around
the neighborhood that lasted from 1 to 2 hours. But how far
was I walking in miles? This device tells you.
I like to have what I call a 'logical loop' when I walk in
the surrounding neighborhoods. Don't ask. Sort of you went
somewhere and back and didn't retrace your steps. This
device enabled me to measure (how far) my loops had taken me.
So now I can extend or not to reach a mileage goal. Cool.
Good:
-so light weight...my cat batted it off the kitchen table
-clasp to avoid loss..you cant feel it on your belt.
-aerobic time display..how long you've been walking continuously over 10 minutes...im not sure what that means but its interesting.
-easy calibration...stride calibration is simple and instructions are clear.
Strange:
-resets your step count daily...it is convenient you don't
have to worry about it..you can reset manually any time.
Bad:
-nothing
Summary:
a really beautiful tiny computer.
