I am new to the pedometer world. My prior experience was one of those McDonald's "happy meal"-type freebies. I did my homework and found that this unit provides a comprehensive set of measures. I am still in the fine tuning stage of stride length as I am using it primarily for aerobic exercise walking. I have played around with it to count steps per day. However, as the title of this review aludes... it is a bit large in size for daily wear. None-the-less, I am quite pleased with its features and the fact that it counts both total steps and aerobic steps.
