All they need to add is a stop watch feature and a separate stride input for running so it can more accurately measure distance while running. I run in the AM and walk in the PM so only one stride input biases my actual distance.

Another great feature would be to add a separate aerobic calorie counter once you add the second running stride feature. Knowing your running stride and having a built in clock (which it already has) would allow it calculate your running speed (distance/time), and from that it can calculate the higher calorie consumption based on that speed and your weight (documented all over the web from university studies).
