I have used this pedometer for over 6 months now, and am really happy with it! I just use it to keep track of my steps...trying for 10,000/day. The reason I say it's great for women is because I've found it's handy (and yet accurate) to wear it between my breasts, in my bra! It's flat enough so it doesn't cause a bulge. And there's no worry of it falling and breaking. I also appreciate the fact that no one even knows you've got it on--no black box attached to your waist!
I like, too, that it resets itself at midnight every night, so I don't have to think to reset it when I put it on. And I like that I can review the past 7 day's worth of counts.
