On the advice of a dietitian friend, I purchased the pedometer in order to try to increase my activity (or at least chart it!). I ordered three pedometers . . . one for husband and another for my daughter. Both of them love it! The fact that it can be "personalized" and that it holds 7 days of information is really great.
