I recieved my Omron Pedometer as a birthday gift. I have walked everyday since. I haved walked a mile marked trail and the distance reading on the Omron was almost dead on. It is so easy to use, even those who are technology challenged can figure it out. I was walking before I got this pedometer, but now I actually look forward to going. I would recommend anyone who needs to get excersize to get one of these and start walking. Once again Amazon's info was right on and you can't beat their price!!!
