Shop For Omron HJ-112 Digital Pocket Pedometer

This Omron pedometer is truly a set-it-and-forget-it device and well worth the few extra bucks. It's completely electronic and does not use an internal pendulum, so there's no clicking noise and no chance of the pendulum getting bogged down in cold weather (this happened to my old cheapie pedometer). I've had it for about 5 months now and it's totally automatic. Setup is fairly straightforward. It tracks total steps each day, both aerobic and non-aerobic, and provides a good estimate of calories burned and distance traveled. You can cycle thru each of these displays by clicking a single button. Each new day starts a new count automatically. Info for the previous day is saved in memory. It keeps info for the last seven days. I keep it in a pocket rather than on the belt and hardly know it's there. This is one of the few items that is well worth the price! The Omron heart monitor is equally simple to set up and operate. Get more detail about Omron HJ-112 Digital Pocket Pedometer.
