is what I like the best. I am in by sixties and measuring my arobic activity motivates me to exercise. My goal four of seven days a week is to reachd 10,000 steps. This pedometer gives me a tool to measure my results. Get one, you will like it!
Down side is it can come off your belt when exercising hard. However, by using the clip and loop attachment to the meter/pants, this prevents the meter from dropping to the ground or being lost.
