This is my first (and only) pedometer. It's been inspiring me to get as many steps in a day as possible, and the dog loves me for it! However, that little nagging feeling of "did I take it out of my pocket before throwing the shorts in the wash?" finally caught up with me today.
Full cycle with sheets, towels and gym shorts, warm water, tide detergent and spin cycle. The Omron came out shiny, wet and with a blank screen. After muttered oathes of my stupidity I got out the mini screw drivers, took it apart, dried it out, and ... weird display! Went back in and flipped the lcd the other way and it works great!
