I love this pedometer and I've become obsessed with tracking my steps. I definitely walk more because of it. My recommendation - toss the belt clip and put it in your coin pocket if you have one.
The seven day memory is very cool -- incidentally, in the instruction manual it states that only Aerobic steps (when you walk for over 10 minutes) are stored for seven days. However all metrics are kept for seven days - you just need to hit the mode button until you get to that metric, and then hit the memory button.
