My first comment is: Buy This Pedometer! I have had all kinds of devices, and this one is the best. The construction is solid, and the fact that it can be placed in a pocket or purse makes it so easy to incorporate in one's life! No excuses now for not counting your steps. I strive now to do aerobic walking more now, because I want to see how the pedometer records it. Since I have gotten this device I average over 5000 steps per day, up from 3000.
