Omron HJ-112 Digital Pocket Pedometer Immediately

I have tried to get to grips with a few pedometers and most are fraught with very similar problems, which basically amount to cheap, unreliable technology and poor design. This one has none of those problems, it is extremely sensitive and accurate, the design is simple, functional and robust.
When you consider that walking has become the "new black" of the exercise world and requires two basic peices of equipment, one need is fulfilled well by buying this, (the other equipment is good shoes ofcourse!). I aim for an average target of 10 000 steps a day which amounts to 5 miles and is really doable if you forgo a few rubbish TV programmes a day, get a good portable music system and you are well on the way to enjoying your exercise regime. In the 2 months I have been doing this regime I have lost 14lb! and I have to say without the little gem here discussed I am not sure calculating and averaging my output would have been as easy. Previous pedometers I have owned have stopped, deleted recordings half way through walks, snapped at the belt clip device or just plain died.
This one is an absolute workhorse and has given accurate readings and no trouble so far, well worth the bit more it costs.Get more detail about Omron HJ-112 Digital Pocket Pedometer.
