After losing 2 small inexpensive pedometers that simply fell off my clothing, and enduring another that did not work at all, I decided to get serious.
This pedometer is awesome! I Love It! It's easy to set-up, and easy to use. It calculated my steps even when I attached it to the neckline of my dress, as I didn't have pockets.
I belong to a weight management group and we have all been challenged to increase our exercise. We recently had a contest to see who walked the most steps during the week. No one in class had kept consistent records but, thanks to the memory function of this pedometer, I was able to recall and record 7 days worth of steps. I WON THE CONTEST! (Me, winning an exercise contest -- who would have thunk it!)
One of my classmates was so impressed he purchased a unit for himself. Three others came up to me last week and asked where I had purchased my pedometer.
It also inspires me to walk more. For example, at the end of the day, when I see that I have walked 4398 steps, I have the strong (and strange)urge to make it to 4500 steps.
I am a totally happy camper. This is a great product.
