After trying many of the other brands, my husband and I were lucky enough to find the Omron. Most of the clip-on types wouldn't work for me - they would slip off during the day and go crashing to the floor. (One even crashed into the toilet.) They also made an annoying clicking sound. The Omron is completely quiet. My husband wears his in his pocket. I wear mine in my bra. (It stays put, I don't know it's there and it works perfectly.)
