Have purchased 2 other pedometers over the years and hardly used them. This one is fantastic, and would recommend it even if it cost $35 (mine cost $18). It is extremely accurate with step count, either in a pocket or clipped to your clothes. Nice having the ability to slip off the clip, so it takes up less space in a pocket. The 'aerobic steps' feature really forced me to realize that even if my step count was high, that often my walking aerobic activity was limited.
