i've tried several different peometers and this is the easiest to use. it has a clip and a strap that are both detachable. you can also slip it into your pocket and it will still keep accurate track of your steps. it stores the info for a week. its very simple to program and the instructions are pretty clear. this is the one i recommend to people that ask.
