I gave my husband and myself the Omron HJ-112 Pedometer for Christmas. It's the best!!!! Very easy to set up, use and read. It self starts the next day. We have had no problem with the clips, actually; we usually just put it in our pockets. I occasionally use the clip on the strap just for a safety line due to my job.
It's amazing how FEW steps we take in a normal day. It really has given us the incentive to get moving. I would certainly get this again.
