I use it every day to keep up with my exercise program and it keeps me on track. The only reason I gave it a "4" instead of a "5" is that we have a lot of hills around here and it doesn't really register that I am huffing and puffing away hiking up these steep hills. I really feel that I am burning more calories and getting more aerobic steps than is registered. But it works just great and like I said, I use it every day. And Amazon is great as well.
