This is the best purchase I have EVER made in my entire life. Once it was programed (by my husband) exactly to my weight and stride, it was accurate to the 1/100th of a mile. It counts steps and miles and calories and aerobic steps. I am keeping a journal, in fact, I'm designing one to sell on Amazon! to really be able to see progress, with graphs etc. It makes me want to walk more and more and I'm really not usually into exercising. I'm driving my family crazy saying things like, "I'll make dinner after 300 more steps" and "I will not sit during commercials as I need to add more steps today".
