The Omron digital pedometer is great! I especially like the security lock, I have been using the pedometer since early November and I am busy adding up the miles I walk each day. It is so easy to put the pedometer in your pocket in the morning, go about your day, and then check the mileage in the evening. I found that it actually encourages me to walk more and further.
