This was my first pedometer, and it's really helped me stay on top of my walking program.
You can clip it just about anywhere or tuck it in a pocket and it works perfectly.
My favorite feature is the seven-day memory. It lets you keep track of your progress at a glance.
This is a fairly expensive pedometer, but well worth the price, IMHO.
