I have used many pedometers and this is by far the best. It is the only one I have used that will record steps when you are on a treadmill and will also count some of the steps on stairs. It is also helpful that it doesn't require you to get the placement just right on your belt in order to record the steps. You can even hold it in your hand and watch the steps accumulate while you are walking.
The only downside is that the clip is pretty weak and tends to pop off when you sit down. They provide a separate tether with clip, and I would strongly suggest you use both. This is one pedometer that you will not want to lose.Get more detail about Omron HJ-112 Digital Pocket Pedometer.
