This pedometer works great! It tracks all my steps, my aerobic steps, the miles I walk, and the calories I us, plus it is a watch also! I love it. It is the third kind of pedometer that I have had, and by far the best! In 6 months I lost 30 pounds using this pedometer and walking 10,000 steps a day.
